BOPEU and ElearnerSpace have partnered to provide a dedicated learning application pathway for eligible members, staff and their children or dependants. The initial focus is exam preparation for supported 2026 programmes.

BOPEU MEMBER EDUCATION BENEFIT

Helping children prepare with confidence.

For the 2026 pilot, the focus is practical Exam Success support: helping approved learners practise questions, revise important topics and prepare for their examinations. The member or staff applicant remains the parent or guardian at the centre of the journey.

Build understanding through supported question practice, explanations and feedback where offered in the selected programme.

Practise more independently with exam-style activities designed to support confidence and exam readiness.

Use selected past-paper and revision materials aligned to supported examination levels and activated learning packages.

Who can apply?BOPEU members and staff may submit their membership or staff number, learner or dependant details and preferred examination programme. Access depends on eligibility, the approved programme scope and admission review.

Confirm eligibility

BOPEU membership or staff eligibility and the relevant benefit requirements are checked.

Review admission

ElearnerSpace reviews the dependant's application, programme selection and sponsorship requirements.

Begin learning

Once approved and activated, the learner can access the courses included in their assigned package.

Submitting an application or confirming membership does not by itself activate a learner's courses.

The 2027 expansion is a strategic direction, not an activated entitlement or confirmed programme offering. Scope and access terms will be agreed and communicated separately.

What to know before submitting your application.

Who may apply?

BOPEU members and staff may apply for eligible children or dependants under the approved programme rules. Programme availability and eligibility are checked before access is granted.

What information will I need?

Prepare your BOPEU membership or staff number, your own contact information, learner details and the examination level or programme you are applying for.

Is my child enrolled immediately?

No. An application begins the process. Membership eligibility, sponsorship conditions and ElearnerSpace admission approval must be confirmed before course access is activated.

Where do BOPEU administrators sign in?

Authorised programme administrators can use the secure BOPEU organisation workspace. This is separate from the public member application page.
