Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted use

ElearnerSpace may be used for legitimate learning, assessment, revision, teaching, learner support and educational administration.

2. Account sharing

A learner account may only be used by the authorised learner and approved users within the relevant family, tutor, school or learning centre arrangement.

3. Prohibited activity

• Attempting to bypass access or security controls.
• Sharing, reselling or republishing protected learning content.
• Automated scraping, copying or bulk downloading.
• Uploading malicious software or interfering with the platform.
• Harassment, bullying or inappropriate communication.
• Using another learner identity or assessment record.
• Publishing personal information without permission.

4. Academic integrity

Revision tools should be used to learn and improve. Users must not misrepresent another person's work or obtain prohibited assistance during an assessment that requires independent work.

5. Device and password responsibility

Users should use secure devices, keep passwords private and sign out after using a shared computer, tablet or phone.

6. Consequences

Breaches may result in a warning, restricted access, suspension, removal of content or termination of access, depending on seriousness and repetition.
