1. Acceptance

By submitting an enrolment, creating an account or using ElearnerSpace, the user agrees to these terms and the related privacy, safeguarding, refund and acceptable-use policies.

2. Accounts and information

Information supplied during registration and enrolment must be accurate. Login details must be protected and may not be shared outside the approved learner, parent, guardian, tutor, school or centre arrangement.

3. Enrolment and learning access

Learning access is activated after learner information, programme selection, payment and any required approval have been confirmed. Access applies only to the approved learner, subjects, package and programme period.

4. Programme availability

Subjects, lessons, assessments and resources may be improved, replaced or expanded as ElearnerSpace develops. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve the learning value of an active programme.

5. Academic results

ElearnerSpace provides curriculum support and examination preparation. It does not guarantee a particular examination mark, school promotion decision or academic result.

6. Payments

Prices and package periods are displayed during enrolment or confirmed by the ElearnerSpace team. Users must provide accurate payment references and supporting information.

7. Intellectual property

Lessons, assessments, explanations, designs and learning resources may not be copied, republished, resold or distributed without written permission.

8. Suspension or termination

Access may be restricted or suspended for account sharing, fraud, harassment, copyright abuse, attempted system interference or another serious breach of these terms.

9. Service availability

Maintenance, internet outages, third-party failures or security work may occasionally affect access. ElearnerSpace will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services.
