1. Purpose and scope

This policy explains how ElearnerSpace handles information supplied by learners, parents, guardians, tutors, schools, learning centres and website visitors.

2. Information collected

  • Parent and guardian names and contact details.
  • Learner names, levels, subjects and programme selections.
  • Applications, enrolments, payments and learning-access records.
  • Assessment attempts, marks, corrections and learning progress.
  • Support messages, account activity and security information.

3. How information is used

Information is used to process enrolment, activate learning access, deliver lessons and assessments, provide support, communicate with families, administer payments and protect the platform.

4. Children and guardian involvement

Where a learner is a child, a parent, guardian, school or authorised learning centre should provide or confirm the information required for enrolment and access. Parents and guardians should help younger learners protect their account details.

5. Sharing and disclosure

Personal information is not sold to advertisers. Information may be shared with authorised staff, approved learning partners, payment providers or technical service providers where this is necessary to deliver the service or meet lawful obligations.

6. Security and retention

ElearnerSpace uses access controls and platform-security measures to reduce unauthorised access. Records are retained for learning delivery, support, safeguarding, financial administration and dispute resolution for as long as reasonably required.

7. Corrections and enquiries

Parents, guardians and account holders may request correction of inaccurate information or submit a privacy concern through the ElearnerSpace Contact Support page.
