What is Sorting?
Sorting means grouping things that are alike.
Example:

🍌 🍌
🍊 🍊 🍊
We put the same fruits together.
That is sorting.Sorting by Colour
Objects can be sorted by Colour.
Example groups:
🔴 Red objects
🔵 Blue objects
🟢 Green objects
Activity:
Look at the objects and group the same colours together.
Sorting by Shape
Objects can be sorted by shape.
Example groups:
⬜ Squares
🔵 Circles
🔺 Triangles
Activity:
Put the same shapes together.
Sorting by Size
Objects can be sorted by Size.
Example groups:
Small objects
Medium objects
Big objects
Activity:
Group the big objects together and the small objects together.
